How to Return

Footwear must be unworn, for exchanges or refund, please email:
Please provide details such as:
1) Name
2) Contact number or email
3) Purchase Date
4) Reason for return/exchange
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received damaged or incorrect items (size or model), please email us and send us a photo of the items you received incorrectly or damaged. We will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed - please ensure that the shoes are unworn, and returned in original packaging together with labels still intact. Please refer to "How to Return" for exchange process.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping

Shipping locally within Vietnam is free of charge with a minimum order of US$50.00
International Shipping
International shipping is a flat rate of US$30.00 by standard airfreight post, please note that it can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the country you are ordering from.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
All prices quoted have include local tax, please note that you may be liable for further tax or customs duties depending on the country you are ordering from. However this should be minimal fee and not included in the shipping costs.
